Hi! I'm Adell Bridges
I have been teaching creative sequencing for 4 &1/2 years.
When I began studying neurology (3 years ago), I realised that almost everything I learned about how our nervous system works goes hand-in-hand with creative sequencing in yoga — to move outside of the normal, familiar ways on moving while in a mindfulness practice is one of the best things we can do
So I created this online course about it to help yogis and yoga teachers learn how to do it too.
This is everything I use to create my sequences for my self practice and my classes!
Here's what others have been said about my Creative Sequencing Course:
Venessa Almond
I loved this course. For me, finding creativity wasn’t the issue. It was finding structure to enable me to be creative within the classes that I taught so as not to overwhelm my students.
The course is easy to digest with both written notes (that you can reference without going back through the videos) and the videos which I learned from initially. Both are great resources to have.
I love Adell’s teaching style – casual, funny and she doesn’t take herself too seriously which I love.
The course gave me so many tools that I will take with me throughout my years as a yoga teacher and for my home practice. It keeps my own practice fresh and has actually simplified sequencing and class planning.
I highly recommend this course to any yoga teacher who is overwhelmed with sequencing, feels like they or their students need more variety, or if you are just stuck in a rut and need a little nudge to move out of your usual.

"The program is just GENIUS! I am in awe of people like you, who can take complex and mysterious skills and break them down for the rest of us to learn. Seriously, the best and most practical guide to sequencing I’ve experienced."
Ida Mattsson
Adell's approach to creative sequencing helped me find new ways to think about movement. The tools are useful for inspiring creativity in a methodical way without being prescriptive. I feel like this sense of creativity will carry over to my students by inspiring curiosity for new experiences within their practice. Super happy with this course!
